Creamy Baked Macaroni And Cheese
In this video I show you how I make my son’s favorite dish, creamy baked macaroni and cheese, for his graduation party. Recipe below.
• 16 oz box of macaroni
• 10 oz Velveeta original cheese
• 4 cups shredded Coby-Jack
• 12 oz can of evaporated milk
• 12 ozs of water
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 egg
Cook macaroni noodles (follow directions on box). Drain and pour cooked macaroni into a 9″ baking pan. Mix in butter while noodles are hot. Set aside.
Cheese Sauce: In large pot, add evaporated milk, water and Velveeta cheese. Stir on a medium heat until the cheese melts, then stir in 2 cups of shredded coby-jack cheese and remove from heat.
Beat egg and mix all the way through the pan of noodles. Pour cheese sauce over macaroni and mix well. Spread the rest of the shredded cheese over top of noodle mixture. Cover pan with foil and bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until pan starts bubbling. Take out while the cheese is thick and creamy.
