The Most Delicious Tender Juicy Turkey

I have many guest over for Thanksgiving every year and they always rave about how delicious and tender my turkey is! So I thought I share my secret recipe with everyone!
Well, here it is! The only 3 things you'll need to have the most delicious, most tender, juiciest turkey anyone has ever tasted. A good roasting pan, Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning and Zesty Italian dressing.
1 turkey 18 to 20 pounds (I baked two 12 pounds in this pan)
Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
Zesty Italian dressing
Place thawed, clean turkey in a large plastic or roasting bag (this bag will be used for marinating not for roasting).
With the bag open, pour a generous amount of Zesty Italian dressing all over and inside the cavity of the turkey. Now sprinkle a generous amount of Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning over the entire turkey.
Tie the bag tight and let the turkey marinate in the refrigerator over night.
Remove turkey from bag and place the turkey in a roasting pan. pour all the juices and seasonings from the bag on top of the turkey and sprinkle with more Creole seasoning.
Cover the tips of the turkey's wings and bottom of drums with foil.
Bake covered at 350° for 3 hours or until a thermometer reads 180°. Uncover pan and bake for 30-40 minutes for extra browning and crispier skin.
Wait 15 minutes before carving.
